Postcards of the Desert Sun

Rarely do I find more than one or two vintage postcards of a particular hotel location in Arizona, but for this one I eventually found four! What remains of the Desert Sun is still there on Grand Avenue in Phoenix, next to the old Bragg's Pie Factory. Though the property partially burned down, the lobby and restaurant of the motel continue to stand, abandoned, behind a chain-link fence at 1325 Grand Ave. 
But for how long...?
